How to Use

Our whipped tallow butter mixes grass-fed beef tallow and jojoba oil to make an all-purpose moisturizer that can be used anywhere on the body to soothe or prevent dry-skin. The tallow butter has a matte finish when applied, making it a great facial moisturizer.

Why Tallow?

Beef tallow's fatty-acid profile is unusually close to the fatty-acid profile of human skin - closer than any plant oil. This means that it can penetrate our lipid barrier and deliver the powerhouse of nutrients that it contains: Vitamin A (in retinoid form), Vitamin D, Vitamin E (as alpha-tocopherol), and vitamin K2. Tallow from grass-fed cows has been shown to be consistently higher in these vitamins than tallow from grain-fed cows. Our beef tallow is 100% grass-fed and finished, and comes from small family farms without being bleached or deodorized.

Why Jojoba Oil?

Our jojoba oil is organic, cold-pressed, and noncomedogenic (it won't clog pores). Jojoba oil is know to soften the appearance of wrinkles and sun spots and reduce visible dryness.
